1 : I agree to allow Drai.my to view my details of transaction for the purpose of analysing and performance of my Accounts [Luno Trading accounts]
2 : I understand that all trades are upon the final approval of Luno platform and that Drai.my only performs signals for of a given trade.
3 : By submiting my valid Luno API I authorise Drai.my to manage my trades with Luno.
4 : I shall ensure and be responsible for the security of my API. In the event of any actual and/or potential security breach I shall revoke the API myself when a suspected security breach has occured. I shall not hold Drai.my responsible for any and all opportunity loss, intrinsict loss or direct loss or indirect loss related to the incident either directly or indirectly.
5 : Drai.my has the sole discretion and exclusive right to allow or bar any user from continuing a subscription on its platform.
6 : Any form of personal data provided to Drai.my will be only used for Drai.my sole purposes and in compliance with PDPA regulations on personal data protection. By continuing to use the platform the user agrees to follow the terms and conditions of Drai.my.
7 : The terms and conditions of using this service may change from time to time and will be updated at www.drai.my
8 : I agree that only the subscription fees are paid to Drai.my and no direct deduction/transfer from my Luno Wallet is being done by Drai.my without my prior knowledge.
9 : I understand and accept that the crypto market is volatile and will not hold Drai.my responsible nor accountable for the account volitility arising from actual market performance.
